A cupboard full of skeletons
awaits a quiet morn
where justice can avail itself
of widespread public scorn,
where clarity can manifest
the robes of justice worn
and those who pleasured guiltily
pay penance for their porn.
In days to come in courtrooms full
may retribution spawn
comeuppance to the demons
who in earthly form were born.
The chair, the chair or prison cell
with afadavits sworn
to overcome the bible belted
crown of crooked thorn.
